The arsenic removal agent produced by Fortune Environmental Protection is a polymer reagent. Arsenic in metallurgical wastewater exists in two valence states, As(III) and As(VI). As(III) may exist in the form of As(3+), AsO3(3-), HAsO3(2-), H2AsO3(-), and H3AsO3, while As(VI) may exist in the form of AsO4(3-), HAsO4(2-), H2AsO4(-), and H3AsO4. Due to the complex composition of metallurgical wastewater, it is difficult to achieve the special discharge standard (Table 3) of GB25467 with conventional arsenic removal techniques. Therefore, it is necessary to add a deep arsenic removal agent to achieve standard treatment. FAC-013, a composite polymer inorganic salt, can be applied to the arsenic removal of high-salt and multi-metal complex wastewater from metallurgical enterprises, and can remove arsenic in water to below 0.1mg/l.
ADVANTAGES:
1. High removal rate of arsenic: after adding arsenic remover, the arsenic in wastewater can be stabilized below 0.1 mg/L, and the removal rate can be stabilized at 99%.
2. Low consumption: the total dosage ranges from 0.4‰ to 1.5‰, depending upon the different arsenic content in wastewater.
3. Small residue amount: residue yield < 1 kg/m³;
4. Safe and environment-friendly: the arsenic remover is a polymer chemical with no significant contact and inhalation toxicity;

Customer's situation: the integrated wastewater collected from the production process of several production facilities of the Group is discharged to the wastewater treatment station of the Group after pH-adjustment by each production unit with alkali.
Difficulties of the Project: such integrated wastewater has high content of salt and heavy metal, strong reducibility, high complexing capability, large water treatment capacity and the like difficulties.
Before treatment:
Wastewater pH: 8.5, water treatment capacity: 10,000 m³/d and influent arsenic concentration: 0.5 mg/L−10 mg/L,
Application situation: 0.24 kg FAC-113 Arsenic Remover A (solid) and 0.36 kg FAC-114 Arsenic Remover B (equivalent to 0.6‰ of arsenic content) are added to each cubic meter of wastewater.
After treatment: The arsenic content in effluent is ≤0.1 mg/L and the residue amount is about 900 kg/d.
