Product Specs

This product is a new compound agent, which is mainly used for cobalt removal in the purification process and and cobalt residue treatment in comprehensive recovery of lead and zinc industry. Also is a chelating precipitant synthesized by high molecular organic materials which is a special purifying agent developed and synthesized for copper, cobalt, nickel and other metal ions purification in the zinc pre- electrolyte.


The principle of the reaction is to add the purifying agent, so that it reacts with metal ions to produce chelate precipitation, and then the cobalt and the main metal zinc will be separated, so as to achieve the purpose of purification.

6. Low energy consumption: The steam consumption of antimony salt net cobalt removal is large, and the process temperature is between 85°C and 95°C, while the temperature of the company's new cobalt removal agent is controlled between 70°C and 80C, and the steam consumption is greatly reduced.
